Preparation
- Please come detangled to help us stay on schedule.
- Arrive ready for your selected service unless otherwise discussed.
Hair included
- Hair is included for braiding styles in natural colors 1, 1B, 2, and 4 only.
- For other colors, clients should bring their own hair unless pre-approved.
Late arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on the service and timing.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible.
- Deposits remain nonrefundable after booking.
